If we expect the unexpected, we don't necessarily increase our chances of perceiving the unexpected when it occurs.

Just a scientific side note on the prospects of "intuition" and "divining." There's more psychology about this than in this article, of course.

I don't think intuition have much in commom with this kind of perception. The point is - you don't expect and the thing fall over you,sometimes,literally. You are not counting anything, you is just watching the video. You is not searching for signals, you is just living.
